To set aside the judgment and decree dated 08.03.2017 passed in A.S.No.37 of 2016 on the file of Learned Additional District Court, Palani confirming the judgment and decree dated 25.07.2014 passed in O.S.No.Nil of 2014 on the file of Learned Sub-Court, Palani. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.ANAND CHANDRASEKAR, ADVOCATE for M/S.SARVABHAUMAN ASSOCIATES on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 and of MR.P.SANTHOSH KUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the 4th Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 108 days in filing the second appeal in SA(MD)Sr.4911 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.
