Respondent PRAYER :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Para no.5(b) by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.23688 of 2025 dated 20.01.2026 that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.723 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and to reduce the amount of deposit.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.23688 of 2025, dated 20.01.2026.

2. In the order, dated 20.01.2026, in condition No.5(b), the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.723 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition, the aforesaid condition imposed in the anticipatory bail petition will affect the fair trial of the case and it is onerous. Hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition No.5(b) imposed in the order, dated 20.01.2026 in toto. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
