O R D E R

Though the present writ petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the second respondent dated 22.01.2015, today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner seeks only three months time to vacate the Government quarters since his children are studying. The said statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded.

2.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file undertaking affidavit before this Court and the authorities concerned within seven days stating that he will vacate the premises on or before 30.04.2015 which is the end of the academic year also. Failure to file the undertaking affidavit within the time, the period extended by this Court will not enure to the benefit of the petitioner and the authorities shall take necessary further course of action, in accordance with law. 3.The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
