ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 09.10.2025 in CRL.O.P.(MD).No. 17160 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.17160 of 2025 on 09.10.2025, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17160 of 2025, dated 09.10.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the learned II Additional District Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 12.03.2026 pal 2/4
