ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District, to dispose the D.V.C.No.16 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner placed reliance on the decision of this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.28458 of 2019 and other batch matters in the case of Dr.P.Padmanathan and Others Vs. Tmt.V.Monica and Others, dated 18.01.2021, wherein, the series of guidelines has been issued to the concerned Magistrate, which deal the matters filed under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act. As per the direction, the proceedings must be completed within a period of three months. A circular to the effect is also under process for approval. So, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District, to dispose of the matter within a period of three months, on the aforesaid decision. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
