ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) I.P.C. and Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, in Crime No.13 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the petitioner is said to be a part of the group and caused damage to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh only). The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.13 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District. It is open to the defacto complainant to withdraw the said amount. Subject to the above condition, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 4.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
