The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, FTC at Magistrate Level, Madurai, in in Cr.M.P.No.1198 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.63 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
