Respondent/Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 439(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5154 of 2016 dated 20.09.2016 by the learned Principle Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5154 of 2016 dated 20.09.2016 by the learned Principle Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

2.The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur by order dated 17.08.2016 in Cr.M.P.No.4375 of 2016 granted bail to the petitioner with a condition to appear before the respondent Police Station daily twice. Thereafter, by order dated 20.09.2016 in Cr.M.P.No.5154 of 2016 the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur modified the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall stay away at Ponneri, Thiruvallur District and appear and sign before SHO, Ponneri Police Station, Thiruvallur District daily at 9.00 a.m until further orders. Now the petitioner filed the present Criminal Original petition to modify the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4.Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner is native of Sattur, the petitioner shall report before the Sattur Taluk Police Station, Virudhunagar District daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders commencing from November 2016. This Criminal Original petition is ordered accordingly.
