ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.3 in crime No.1154 of 2010 on the ifle of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 463, 467, 471, 474, 498(A) and 506(ii) IPC and section 4 of Tamil Nadu Harassment of Women Act and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent / State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this court, vide order dated 22.03.2017, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a direction to surrender before the court below within 15 days. But, due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below and hence, he has come up with this petition.

4.Considering the above submission, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tirunelveli District and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-[Rupees Ten Thousand only] with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- [Rupees Five Hundred only] to the Legal Aid Services Committee and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
