Prayer :- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS or any other appropriate or order or direction in the nature of writ of habeas corpus directing the Respondents No.1 and 2 to produce the detenu minor girl aged 17 years namely Basila Banu D/o, Abdul Kader before this Court and handed over to the petitioner, who is being illegal custody at the hands of the Respondent No.3.
