ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 14.03.2025 seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and 1/3

Sessions Judge, Theni vide order dated 07.03.2025.

2. Heard on both sides and perused the records.

3. The reasons stated in the petition are satisfactory. Hence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.4 (ii) of the pre-arrest bail order dated 07.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.528 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni to the effect that 'the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent-Police daily at 10.00 a.m., for 30 days and thereafter, shall appear on summons. In the event that the petitioners fail to surrender within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order, the pre-arrest bail granted will automatically lapse'.

3. To the above extent this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall hold good.
