This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the Respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions, submitted that the complainants have been given to all the respondent police as against the petitioner and first respondent police has enquired the petition and closed the matter. The third respondent forwarded the complaint to the second respondent and now the petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
