Respondent This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus direct the Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2015 and the same to conduct the enquiry to take necessary action based on the Circular No. 67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by Inspector General of Registration and the same to cancel the Fraudulent sale lease and other deeds mentioned in the Petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2015 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Honourable Court. ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2015 on the basis Circular No. 67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would
submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.03.2015, as per Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
