Seeking a direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that her husband Alwar Ramanujam constructed a temple and after his death the petitioner is in management of the temple. But one Alagarsamy is not allowing her to manage the affairs of the temple.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instruction submitted that a case in O.S.No.178 of 2005 is pending between the parties and under such circumstances no protection can be given to the petitioner to manage the temple. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, if any cognizable offence is committed against the petitioner, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the police to take action in accordance with law.
