The petitioner is in occupation of Shop No.5 in the Weekly https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Market, Kamuthi. The writ petitioner himself is the highest bidder in the impugned auction. He has offered to pay a sum of Rs.8,800/-
as monthly rent. He is remitting the said monthly rent all these months. He has paid a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as security deposit. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. This arrangement will prevail for a period of three years. The writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
