ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry on the alleged complaint given by the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the third respondent is the wife of the petitioner and there is a matrimonial dispute between the parties and now the third respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner on 22.05.2020 and the same is pending before the second respondent police and the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that there is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife - third respondent and there are number of litigations pending between them and both the parties are repeatedly lodging complaints before the second respondent police and those complaints have been closed with an advice to work out their remedy before the competent Court.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further order is necessary in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
