Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAMURUGAN P, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Para No.4 (a) in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4550 of 2023, dated 10.03.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in Para No.4(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4550 of 2023, dated 10.03.2023 is modified to the effect that "Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai and on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4817 of 2023 further conditions:" All other conditions in the said order dated 10.03.2023 shall remain unaltered.
