O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry and to file the final report/charge sheet in Crime No.586 of 2016 before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Mr.M.Ravichandiran, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Tirumangalam Town Police Station, Madurai District is present. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents on instruction would submit that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed in Crime No.586 of 2016 and final report would be filed by the second respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

the investigation in Crime No.586 of 2016 and to file final report within within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
