Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the impugned notice of the first respondent dated 06.04.2015 in Na.Ka.B1/19476/2014 and quash the same.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the impugned notice of the first respondent dated 06.04.2015 in Na.Ka.B1/19476/2014 and quash the same. By the order dated 06.04.2015, the first respondent herein called upon this petitioner herein to appear before him with all the relevant documents to substantiate the claim.

Though the learned Counsel for the petitioner has raised very many grounds in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition on the short ground that the order impugned is only an enquiry notice calling upon him to appear either in person or through his advocate to substantiate his claim by producing the relevant documents. Such enquiry notice also came to be issued by the authorities concerned pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No. 3405 of 2013. This Court is of the view that there is nothing wrong to call upon the parties to prove their claim. 3.

Therefore, the order of the first respondent stands confirmed and this Writ Petition stands dismissed. While dismissing this Writ Petition, it is made clear that the first respondent shall consider each and every aspect involved in the issue on hand and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
