RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute the body and pay the conditional payment in Crl.OP.No.2386/2022 dated 1412/2022 in connection with the Crime No.1038/2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police Ayyampettai Police Station, Thanjavur District. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL KUMAR A, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur District, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2386 of 2022 dated 14.02.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
