PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conclude the enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2025 so as to cancel the patta Nos.2661 and 4047 stands in the name of the fifth to 8th respondents within time frame as fixed by this Court.

The petitioner has approached the third respondent seeking cancellation of patta wrongly issued to respondents 5 to 8. The petitioner has given a representation on 20.02.2025, in this regard. In and by way of the present Writ Petition, the petitioner only seeks disposal of the said application dated 20.02.2025. 2.Considering the relief sought for in the Writ Petition, it would suffice to issue a direction to the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 8 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a 2/5

period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
