Seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry and to file the final report in Crime No.189 of 2016 before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Mr.A.Kannadasan, Inspector of Police, Thiruppalaigudi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District is present. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents on instruction would submit that after investigation the case has been closed as mistake of fact. A copy of the closure report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
