O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.188 of 2017 and the same was closed on 09.05.2017 on the ground that the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the police for enquiry.

3. In view of the above, as and when there is any threat of assault on the petitioner by the respondents 3 to 6, liberty is given to the petitioner to go in person and lodge a fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law, so that, no harm befalls the petitioner.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
