Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
2.The Writ petitioner has sought a Mandamus, to forbear the second respondent from approving the 5th respondent as Secretary of the 4th respondent College. However, the Secretaryship has already been approved on 17.06.2020 and the same has also been challenged by the petitioner in an another W.P.(MD) No.8645 of 2020 which was also allowed by this Court in favour of the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
