PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.7 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.7 of 2022, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471, 102(b) of IPC and Section 5 of Tamil Nadu Protectionof Interest of Deposition (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, have filed these petitions seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Mr.Rajendiran, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented for Mr.S.Sivakumar Counsel on record. He has also requested for adjournment and is not ready to proceed with the case.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the Deputy Superintendent of Police and the Inspector of Police are present before this Court.

4. Considering the conduct of the Counsel and also wasting the time of the 2/3
