PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 162 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2020 for the offences under Section 302 of I.P.C. in Crime No.162 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's son was murdered by A1 and A2. The said accused used the motor bike of the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the role of the petitioner can be ascertained only after the conclusion of the investigation. Hence, he seeks dismissal of this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Take note of the stage of the investigation, I am not inclined to grant any relief. The criminal original petition stands dismissed.
