Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and the third respondent to survey and fix the boundary of the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.235, 1E4, Vanthavasi Village, Sivagangai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition directing respondents to survey and fix the boundary for the lands owned by her.

2. Mr.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to survey and fix the boundary, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.08.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to enclose a copy of the said representation along with a copy of this order for proper follow up.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
