O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying for a direction to expedite the trial in C.C.No.31 of 2015, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that all the five accused have appeared and now the case is posted for furnishing copies on 25.11.2016. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case was registered in the year 2013 and after two years, the respondent has filed the final report which is taken on file as C.C.No.31 of 2015. Subsequently, there is no progress for one year.

5. Considering the above facts, the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai shall dispose of the case in C.C.No.31 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible within one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
