ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 471, 385, 388, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.106 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons went to the defacto complainant's trust and threatened and demanded a sum of Rs.10 lakhs from the defacto complainant with photos, showing the photos that the defacto complainant shooting a monkey with air gun.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that no one was injured in this case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that no one was injured in this case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
