This petition has been filed praying to direct respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.199 of 2016 and to file final report in accordance with law, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires four months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
