When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He further submitted that in view of the present virtual mode of hearing, endorsement could not be made in the case bundle and undertook to circulate a letter to the Registry in this regard.

2.In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
