This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to give permission and police protection for conducting temple festival on the basis of Aruppukottai Tahsildar Proceedings Na.Ka.Aa2/41/2015 dated 02.06.2015 Arulmigu Sri Muthalamman Temple Situate at Pandalgudi Post, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instruction would submit that adequate police protection will be given subject to the condition that can be issued by the Tahsildar, Aruppukottai in a Peace Committee Meeting. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed.
