ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 20.01.2026 in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.911 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.911 of 2026 on 20.01.2026, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has 11 previous cases, including one under Section 302 of IPC. Hence, he objected to the grant of relaxation.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the previous criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.911 of 2026, dated 20.01.2026. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 10.03.2026 pal 2/4
