The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to re-assess the answers of the writ petitioner to question Nos.22, 34, 57 and 78 in D-Series Booklet for the purpose of awarding four marks and consequently, permit the writ petitioner for certificate verification for selection to the post of of P.G.Assistant for the years 2013-2014 and 2014-15.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that marks were not properly awarded in respect of the above mentioned questions. 3.

The selection was conducted for the post of P.G.Assistant for the years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 and it was concluded long back and the selected candidates were also appointed and now, they are in service for the past 5 1⁄2 years. This apart, the ground raised by the writ petitioner is that certain answers were not properly evaluated in respect of the questions mentioned above. At this length of time, no purpose would be served, even if the correctness or otherwise of these questions are verified as the selection was also concluded long https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

back. Therefore, the writ petitioner is at liberty to participate in the ensuing recruitments, if any notified.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands closed.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
