Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and Section 379 (NH) IPC, in Crime No.106 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to political vengeance, the petitioner and other accused persons attacked the Defacto complainant's driver and his son and stolen the gold chain and also damaged the car. Hence, he lodged a complaint against the petitioners before the respondent police.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the stolen property has been recovered. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the stolen property has been recovered, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only)each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
