When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruchirappalli, in the complaint of the petitioner, a regular case has been registered in Crime No.473 of 2017 on 13.06.2017 for man missing by the respondent police.
