Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to survey the petitioner's property in New Survey No.771/6 (Old Survey No.218.1) situated at Pudukottai Taluk Aathankottai Taluk Aathankottai village through the registered sale deed in Document No.203 and fix the boundaries with survey stones on the basis of the petitioner s application dated 24.12.2013, within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition directing respondents to fix the boundary with survey stones for the lands owned by him.

2. Mr.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to fix the boundary with survey stones, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.12.2013, on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
