When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the representation dated 06.05.2017 that is said to have been given by the petitioner has not been received by the second respondent, who is the jurisdictional police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that there are several cases pending against the respondents 3 to 6.

3. Under such circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent seeking police protection and on such complaint being given, the same shall be looked into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
