Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 323, 341, 342, 364, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.942 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's relative had collected several lakhs of rupees from the general public by making false promise in order to get government job, but, he was not able to get a job to the public. Thereafter, the petitioner and other accused threatened the defacto complainant that he has to pay a balance amount and attacked the defacto complainant.

Hence, he lodged a complaint before the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that injured has been discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Madurai, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
