ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 04.05.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 399 IPC, in Crime No.132 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons were prepared to commit dacoity and caught red handed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that this Court already granted bail to the petitioners/A3 and A4 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.7886 of 2018, dated 16.05.2018. Hence, he seeks bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the stolen property was recovered by the respondent police.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thanjavur and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
