ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, in pursuance of the Non-Bailable Warrant issued on 06.04.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur in connection with a case in C.C. No.74 of 2015 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 406, 420 of IPC and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner moved a quash petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 3118 of 2018 for quashing the private complaint in C.C.No.74 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and that the above Petition came up for hearing before this Court on 15.03.2018 on that day this Court was pleased to grant interim stay as well as dispense with of the personal appearance of the petitioner in connection to the case in C.C.No.74 of 2015 vide Crl.M.P.No.1439 & 1440 of 2018 and based on the order passed by this Court the petitioner not appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate on the date of hearing on 06.04.2018, but without consider the same the learned Judicial Magistrate, issued non-bailable warrant against this petitioner. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial court for all future dates without fail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner shall appear before the trial court in connection with a case in C.C.No.74 of 2015 for all future hearings without fail. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
