PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.12 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A6, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 407, 417, 418, 420 IPC in Crime No.12 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons are staff of the defacto complainant bank and by using their official power, they pledged the fake gold jewels in the name of others and cheated a sum of Rs.69,90,000/-. Hence, the case.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record.

4.It is seen that earlier three petitions were dismissed and this is fourth petition for anticipatory bail. There is no change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD)No.5592 of 2023 original petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only)payable to the Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench.
