Side) for the respondents. 3.Though this petition has been filed for a direction to dispose of the C.C.No.16 of 2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, it is admitted that the discharge petition filed by the accused is still pending. In the circumstances, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai is directed to dispose of the discharge petition filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
