[Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 herein to remove the illegal encroachment put up by the respondents 3 to 5 at the common pathway towards Nekkum Puliyar Kovil, Sadhurbaham Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that the encroachments have already been removed and as on date, there is no encroachment in the said pathway. The said statement is recorded.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
