ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to grant permission and necessary protection to perform the festival from 12.07.2015 to 15.07.2015 in the eve of Arulmighu Sri Mariamman Temple, at Chinnapallipalayam, Thotiyam Taluk, Trichy District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4. 3.When the matter is taken up, both sides submitted that a Peace Committee Meeting was held yesterday.

4.In view of the same, the order passed on 25.06.2015 by this Court is recalled. The respondents and the petitioner are directed to act in pursuant to the decision arrived at before the Peace Committee Meeting. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above directions this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
