This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to extend the Crop Insurance Benefit for the year 2013-2014 to the petitioner by including Ramanathapuram Firkha as drought hit area as per the Insurance Scheme, based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2015. 2.
Regarding the above prayer, the petitioner has made a representation dated 19.06.2015 to the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first and fourth respondents. Mr.Shanmugaraja Sethupathi, learned counsel, takes notice for the second and third respondents. 4.
Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.9602 of 2015 dated 15.06.2015, on the subject matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the other parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
