ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.A5/5912/2012, dated 15.06.2015, issued by the respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Admittedly, the petitioner has got a right of appeal to the appellate authority viz., the Additional Chief Secretary / Commissioner for Revenue Administration, Chennai, within a period of 60 days. Since the order has been passed only on 15.06.2015 and that the petitioner has got time to prefer an appeal, it is open to the petitioner to prefer an appeal, within the time stipulated and on receipt of such appeal, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the same, within a period of one month thereafter, after hearing the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
