Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.JEYAKARTHIK.M.S., Advocate for the petitioner and MS.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3344 of 2021, dated 03.03.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 23.02.2021 to 13.04.2021 and thereafter, he did not comply with the condition.

4.In view of the non-compliance of the earlier condition by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to relax the petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
