Mr.K.Anbarasan Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed, seeking to direct the first respondent directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that Crl.O.P(MD)No.20244 of 2016 is concerned, 9 cases are pending before the Alangudi Police Station against the petitioner and Crl.O.P(MD)No.20246 of 2016 is concerned, 48 cases are pending before the District Crime Branch, Pudukkottai Town. 4.In Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.20245, 20247 to 20253 of 2016 are concerned no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) further submitted that for the same relief, the petitioner filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P(MD)No.16599 of 2016 and the same is still pending.

6.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), all the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed with a cost of Rs.10,000/- each cases (Totally Rs.1,00,000/-), payable

by the petitioner to the M.S.Chellamuthu Trust and Research Foundation, Adult Mentally Retarded Home, Perungudi Stop, Thirumokoor, within a period one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Post for reporting compliance on 07.11.2016 along with W.P(MD)No.16599 of 2016.
