ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition directing respondents to survey and fix the boundary for the lands owned by her.

2. Mr.K.Guru, learned Addl.Govt.Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representations of the petitioner dated 28.05.2015 and 19.06.2015 are disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Addl.Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to survey and fix the boundary line by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.05.2015 and 19.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
